空氣分離設備是使用空氣為原料制取氧、氮和氬等工業氣體的裝置。本設備根據空氣中不同氣體的沸點不同,采用液化精餾法將空氣中不同組分分離開來。一般由壓縮、純化、制冷和精餾幾個基本系統組成。
大中型空分設備 Large and medium air separation unit
我公司設計和制造的大中型空分設備采用常溫分子篩吸附純化,增壓透平膨脹制冷,規整填料上塔、全精餾提氬、DCS集散中央控制系統等最新技術,是全低壓、節能型空氣分離裝置。
The large and medium air separation plants designed and produced by us apply latest technologies like ordinary-temperature sieve sorption purification, booster turbine expansion, regular packing column, argon extraction with complete rectification, and distributed control system (DCS).
主要技術特點 Main features
空氣純化系統采用活性氧化鋁—分子篩雙層床結構,延長分子篩的使用有壽命。
The application of activated alumina-molecular sieve double-decker structure to air purification system prolongs the durability of molecular sieve.
分餾塔上塔采用填料塔,降低上、下塔操作壓力,從而增大產品提取率,降低能耗。
Regular packing is applied for the upper column, thus the operating pressure of the upper/lower tower is reduced, and the product extraction yield is increased while the dissipation of energy is decreased.
制氬系統采用全精餾技術,裝置安全性好,節省投資和運行費用。
Complete rectification technology is used for argon manufacture system. Reliable devices reduce the investment outlay and the running cost.
